This course is for you!
My Brave Birth course is designed to help you understand your body processes and design. I want you to enter birth empowered, confident and brave! You’ll learn what your body was meant to do in labor and birth, and how to create space for the natural birth of your dreams!
Cost: $225
Two live 90 minute sessions where we start with your questions, and work through material to put your nerves to ease!
Payment is due at least 3 days before your scheduled class. If I don’t have notice of payment, and have not heard from you otherwise, your class will be canceled and you will need to reschedule.

We’ll walk through how your body responds when it goes into labor, and discuss the common interventions before and after that happens. You’ll learn what to expect during a hospital birth, so that you can decide the best route for yourself!

Two live 90 minute classes where we go through the basics of birth and interventions so you can be prepared and know what to expect!

Physiologic Labor + Birth Process— Learn how your body was designed and the natural process of birth. (Includes anatomy and hormones of birth) $120
Common Interventions — We’ll go into detail about common interventions in a hospital, with evidence based information on each one. $95
Breastfeeding — Learn common breastfeeding struggles, tips, how to position baby, and what to watch out for. $65
Postpartum — I will walk you through the immediate postpartum hours, plus a look at the bigger picture of postpartum hormones and life with a new baby. $95
