Brave Birth Course:

My Brave Birth course is designed to help you understand your body processes and design. I want you to enter birth empowered, confident and brave! You’ll learn what your body was meant to do in labor and birth, and how to create space for the natural birth of your dreams!

This course includes:

  • Fear + Pain: Understanding that birth wasn’t “supposed to be” painful, and what you can do about it!

  • Physiologic Birth Process: Your body’s built-in birth plan! This section explains the way your body naturally responds to labor and birth, and the hormones involved to let that happen.

  • Positions: Understand how movement and position changes can do for your birth experience.

  • Interventions: This section breaks down common hospital interventions, how one intervention can lead to another, and the risks of “natural” interventions.

  • Immediate Postpartum: The grand finale! I’ll help walk you through what happens immediately after you meet your baby for the first time, so that you can be prepared and focused on the best parts.

Brave C-Section Course

15% of births in the US are planned C-Sections, and yet there’s not a lot of info out there to help you prepare. No matter the reason you’re facing a C-Section, you deserve to feel prepared, empowered, and brave, walking into that appointment.

What we’ll discuss:

  • What a C-Section may be like

  • Family-Centered / Gentle C-Sections

  • How you can prepare for your C-Section

  • Rest and recovery after a C-Section
